Who We Are
Our Intake Interviewers meet with our neighbors to gather and verify all of the information to determine eligibility for assistance. They talk with our neighbors and offer referrals to any of our neighboring agencies that may also be helpful in the situation.
What We Do
Intake Interviewers
•Work with clients to gather and verify information to determine eligibility for assistance.
•Provide clients with available resources to meet their needs, including information and referrals to other agencies.
•Must have strong computer skills
•Good hearing, listening, and communication skills
•Training is provided (Must be able to attend 3 observations and 8 hours of computer training)
